Indonesia Visa Requirements
- passport valid for 6 months for single entry visa and 18 months for multiple-entry visa from the date of entry and with at least 1 empty page.
- a filled out application form
- two (2) recent color passport size photos against white background.
- if you travel for business: a letter from the employer, stating the purpose of the trip as well as a a letter from a company in Indoinesia explaining the reason of the visit, its length and taking the responsibility for accomodation/maintenance costs of the visit.
- if proposed duration of stay is more than 60 days, then copy of Approval letter from the Immigration Office in Indonesia required.
